TOMPKINSVILLE — A man stole a diamond engagement ring that was inside a car parked in Tompkinsville, police said.
The suspect broke into a 2015 Honda Accord, parked near Tompkins Circle, at about 2:06 a.m. on Feb. 15 and took the ring, police said.
The man was described by police as between 16 to 22 years old with a slim build. He was last seen wearing a light colored hood, a waist length jacket and carrying a backpack.
