WEST VILLAGE — A late-night weekend argument in the West Village escalated into a stabbing and mugging, police said.

A 30-year-old woman was arguing with another woman and three men in front of 110 Seventh Ave. South about 2:50 a.m. on Saturday, police said, when one of them stabbed her in the thigh and stole $50.

The foursome took off with the cash and the victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital for medical treatment.

Police are looking for the suspects based on surveillance video taken of them inside nearby Karavas Pizza 'n' Pita earlier that night.

The female attacker was last seen wearing khaki pants and a black sweater, police said, and one of the men was wearing a black hat, gray hooded sweatshirt, gray track pants and a black jacket.

The other two men were wearing black hats, black jackets and black jeans, and one had a goatee, police said.

Police ask that anyone with information regarding this incident call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). Tips can also be submitted online or by texting 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577.
