SUNSET PARK — The Manhattan arts scene is heading to Sunset Park.

Lincoln Center has six free concerts, film screenings and cultural workshops lined up on Friday evenings from February through July as part of its Boro-Linc initiative, the organization announced this week.

The events will take place at Sunset Park's Center for Family Life, located at 343 60th Street between Third and Fourth avenues.

The Boro-Linc series launched last year but this is the first time Lincoln Center will be coming to Brooklyn with its family-friendly programming, according to the announcement.

Through Boro-Linc, Lincoln Center is hoping to offer more access to the arts for families in the outer boroughs and parts of Manhattan.

Lincoln Center also announced plans for free programming at locations in The Bronx. It has previously launched partnerships with groups in the Lower East Side and Jamaica, Queens.
