UPPER EAST SIDE — Developers of what will become one of the neighborhood's tallest buildings unveiled new renderings of the terraces that will line the top-tier apartments.

Mock-ups for the planned 800-foot tower at 520 Park Ave. near East 60th Street show floor-to-ceiling doors opening out onto spacious 42-foot-long terraces with sweeping views of Central Park.

Apartments on floors 40 through 54, only seven apartments, will have access to the terraces, according to a spokeswoman for the company.

Prices for the apartments with balconies range from $32.6 million to $130 million (the price of a triplex) and have been on the market since Sept. 30 last year. The average apartment is roughly $38 million, according to a spokesman for Zeckendorf Development, which is developing the building with Party Sixty LLC and Global Holdings.

One of the building's five duplex penthouses was sold in January for $70 million, according to Streeteasy.

The tower, which is still under construction, was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, which has also worked on The Pierre and The Sherry-Netherland buildings, on the Upper East Side.

Amenties include a communal salon, a garden with decorative fountains, a pool with steam rooms and a wine cellar, according to its website.

Construction of 520 Park Ave. is expected to wrap up in early 2018.

Carnegie Hill's tallest tower at 180 E. 88th St., in which Global Holdings also has a stake, launched sales on Feb. 10. It will stand at 521 feet once completed.
