HELL’S KITCHEN — A popular Ninth Avenue coffee lounge has opened a second outpost just a few blocks away, with more seating and plans to sell beer and wine.

The new location for Kahve at 667 10th Ave., at West 47th Street, will expand on the original shop’s staple coffees and teas by serving wine and beer on tap, co-owner Erol Zeren said.

Additionally, the spot will offer an organic Peruvian "nitro" brew, or nitrogen-infused coffee served cold from a tap for a creamy and frothier effect.

“When we found this spot we immediately fell in love, and we stopped looking anywhere else,” Zeren said.

The new location also offers more seating than the small Ninth Avenue location — something regular patrons often expressed concerns about, he noted — as well as 20 power outlets and USB charging outlets for laptops and other electronics.

“We listened to the customers, and we gave them more seating,” Zeren said. “We welcome them here with their computers.”

The coffee shop, which has been approved for a wine and beer license, will start serving alcohol in about a month, he said.

It plans to host wine and beer nights featuring red and white wines, as well as craft beers from local breweries, in the near future.

“Tenth Avenue is developing, and we’re so happy to be [here].” Zeren said. “We think that we’re just one more great addition to 10th Avenue.”
