QUEENS — A 25-year-old man died after jumping onto the tracks in front of a subway train in Forest Hills Tuesday night, police said.

The Queens man, whose name had not been released as of Wednesday morning, leaped into the path of a southbound F train at the 71st/Continental Avenue subway station just before 9 p.m., authorities said.

Police said they do not suspect foul play.

This is the second fatal subway incident in Central Queens in less than two weeks. Last Monday, a man was dragged to his death after he got caught in the doors of an F train as it pulled out of the Kew Gardens subway station.
