Serving stick-to-your-ribs food like grilled cheese with cheddar, Bechamel and black truffles and baked mac and cheese for dinner and brunch, the main draw of this new spot is its lengthy whiskey list. Woops!, known for its picture-perfect French macarons and sweet treats, has opened a new bakery in South Slope on Fifth Avenue. The quaint cafe, between 17th and 18th streets, took over the former location of Has Beans, a local coffee shop.
