NEW YORK CITY — Construction and repairs will affect service on 16 subway lines across the city this weekend, from Friday night through early Monday Morning.

The 1 train will be suspended from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
2 train:
Flatbush Avenue-Brooklyn College-bound 2 trains will skip 86th Street and 79th Street and run local from 72nd Street to Chambers Street from 11:30 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday.
Wakefield-241st Street-bound 2 trains will run local from Chambers Street to 96th Street from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
For service to these stations, take a downtown 2 or 3 train to 72nd Street and transfer to an uptown 2 or 3 local train.
For service from these stations, take an uptown 2 or 3 local train to 96th Street and transfer to a downtown 2 or 3 train.
3 train:
3 trains will skip Rockaway Avenue and Van Siclen Avenue in both directions and at all times until the end of the Winter. Use free shuttle buses instead.
New Lots Avenue-bound 3 trains will run local from 72nd Street to Chambers Street and Harlem-148th Street- bound 3 trains will run local from Chambers Street to 96th Street from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
Overnight, 3 trains will operate between 148th Street and Chambers Street.
New Lots Avenue-bound 3 trains will skip 86th Street and 79th Street from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
4 train:
4 trains will skip Rockaway Avenue and Van Siclen Avenue in both directions and at all times until the end of the Winter.
6 train:
Pelham Bay Park-bound 6 trains will skip 103rd Street at all times until Spring 2016. Use the nearby 96th Street or 110th Street stations instead.
Pelham Bay Park-bound 6 trains will run express from 3rd Avenue-138th Street to Hunters Point Avenue from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
7 train
Flushing-Main Street-bound 7 trains will run express from Queensboro Plaza to Mets-Willets Point from 6:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
A train
Brooklyn-bound A trains will skip 111th Street and 80th Street at all times until Spring 2016.
A trains will be suspended in both directions between Euclid Avenue and Lefferts Boulevard from 12:01 a.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Monday.
Brooklyn-bound A trains will run express from 59th Street-Columbus Circle to Canal Street from 11:45 p.m. Friday until 6:30 a.m. Sunday and from 11:45 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday.
C train
Brooklyn-bound C trains will run express from 59th Street-Columbus Circle to Canal Street from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
D train
Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue-bound D trains will run express from Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center to 36th Street from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 6:30 a.m. Sunday and from 11:45 p.m. Sunday, to 5 a.m. Monday.
E train
Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer-bound E trains will run express from Roosevelt Avenue to Forest Hills-71st Avenue from 12:15 a.m. to 7 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, and from 12:15 a.m. to 5 a.m. Monday.
F train
Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue-bound F trains will skip Ditmas Avenue at all times until Spring 2016.
Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue-bound F trains will be rerouted via the E line from Roosevelt Avenue to West 4th Street-Washington Square from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue-bound F trains will skip 169th Street from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
J Train
J trains will be suspended in both directions between Hewes Street and Broad Street from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
J service will operate between Jamaica Center and Hewes Street. Free shuttle buses will operate between Hewes Street and Essex Street, stopping at Marcy Avenue. For direct service between Brooklyn and Manhattan, consider using an A, C or L train via free transfer at Broadway Junction.
M train
M trains will be suspended in both directions between Myrtle Avenue and Essex Street from 6 a.m. to midnight Saturday and Sunday. M service will operate between Metropolitan Avenue and Myrtle Avenue all weekend.
Hop on a J, L and/ or a free shuttle bus instead. Free shuttle buses will provide alternate service between Hewes and Essex streets, stopping at Marcy Avenue. For direct service to and from Manhattan, use an L train via transfer at Myrtle-Wyckoff Avenues.
N train
Astoria-Ditmars Boulevard-bound N trains will skip 86th Street, Avenue U, Kings Highway, 20th Avenue, 18th Avenue, New Utrecht Avenue, and Fort Hamilton Parkway at all times until Spring 2017. N trains will stop at Bay Parkway and 8th Avenue.
Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue-bound N trains will run express from Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center to 59th Street from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 6:30 a.m. Sunday and from 11:45 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday.
Q train
Q trains will be suspended in both directions between 57th Street-7th Avenue and Kings Highway from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday. Q service will operate between Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue and Kings Highway. Free shuttle buses will operate as follows:
- Express (non-stop) between Kings Highway and Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center.
-Local between Kings Highway and Atlantic Av-Barclays Center, making all stops.
For service to Manhattan, take a D, F, or N train from Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue. For service to Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue, take a D, F or N train at 34th Street-Herald Square or a D or N train at Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center.
R train
R train service will be extended to Jamaica-179th Street from 6:30 a.m. Saturday to midnight, and 6:30 a.m. on Sunday to midnight. Jamaica-179th Street-bound R trains will run express from Roosevelt Avenue to 71st Avenue from 6 to 7 a.m., Saturday and Sunday.
Bay Ridge-bound R trains will run express from Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center to 59th Street from 6 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Bay Ridge-bound R trains will skip 45th Street and 53rd Street from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 6:30 a.m. Sunday and from 11:45 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday.
