RED HOOK — Nobletree Coffee is looking to open a new Red Hook roastery in early spring, the company told DNAinfo New York.

The 8,500 square-foot space, located at 499 Van Brunt St. near the neighborhood's Fairway Market, will include Nobletree's offices and coffee production facility.

The roastery might be open to the public, but those details are still being worked out, company spokeswoman Sofia Clarke said in an email. An exact date for the opening has not yet been set.

Construction of the Van Brunt Street location began a couple of years ago and will serve as a dedicated roasting facility for the coffee makers when it opens this year.

The "state of the art" facility "has been meticulously built out to encompass the intricate details of producing phenomenal coffee," according to its website

They join other roasters in the neighborhood including Stumptown and the Pulley Collective.

Nobletree, which operates under Fal Group, also plans to open a coffee shop at Four World Trade Center later this year.
