HARLEM — Your family could land a two-bedroom apartment in a 153rd Street building with an on-site laundry and community lounge for as little as $830 a month under the city housing lottery.

The 34-unit building is currently under construction at 260 West 153rd St.

Applications for the apartments will open on Thursday and close on April 12, according to the Housing Connect website.

Amenities include a community lounge, a residential terrace, bicycle storage, laundry, and a live-in super, according to the public notice.

There are four studios for $641 a month, 20 one-bedroom units for $690, and 10 two-bedroom units for $836.

Half of the units will be set aside for people already living in Central Harlem who meet the income requirements. Five percent will be set aside for city employees.

The income levels vary from $30,250 for one person to $43,150 for a family of four.
