LOWER EAST SIDE — Police on Tuesday released video of a suspect who they say pummeled a 64-year-old McDonald's staffer in November.
The suspect got into a verbal spat with the worker inside the McDonald’s on Delancey and Essex streets after he was asked to leave on Nov. 28 about 1:15 a.m., police said.
The attacker, who wore his hair in braids, then punched the victim in the face, threw him to the floor and stomped on him, before fleeing west on Delancey Street, the NYPD said.
The victim was taken to an area hospital with injuries to the brain and face. He’s now in stable condition, authorities said.
