BROOKLYN — A vandal hopped a fence to scrawl "Die Yuppies" and draw a swastika in wet cement in Bushwick early Friday, police said.

The long-haired man, who can be seen in a video wearing a waist-length leather jacket, vandalized a construction site on Myrtle Avenue, between Wilson and Stanhope streets about 1:45 a.m., an NYPD spokesman said.
