UPPER EAST SIDE — On Tuesday afternoon people were still climbing and leaping across mounds of snow to avoid stepping into massive puddles that have accumulated from the recent blizzard.

Many crosswalks were impassable due to deep water pooling at curb cuts, forcing people to find alternative routes, take their chances of getting their feet soaked — or avoid them altogether.

We've compiled a list of some of the worst puddles in the neighborhood so you can steer clear:

► Southeast corner of East 81st and First Avenue

► Northwest corner of East 77th Street and Lexington Avenue

► Southeast corner of East 74th Street and Third Avenue

► Southeast corner of East 70th and Third Avenue

► Northwest corner of East 67th and Second Avenue

► Southwest corner of East 66th Street and First Avenue
