Apartments Starting at $607 Per Month Available in East Harlem, Yorkville

MANHATTAN — More than 50 affordable housing units are still up for grabs on the east side of Manhattan, with rents starting at $607 for a one-bedroom in Yorkville.

The application deadlines are coming up soon, with applications for East Harlem apartments at 1770 Madison Ave. and 116th Street due on Jan. 26, and those for Yorkville units at 205 E. 92nd St. at Third Avenue due on Feb. 1.

205 East 92nd Street, Yorkville: 47 newly constructed units
Number of one-bedrooms available: 3, with a monthly rent of $607; 17 with a monthly rent of $769
Number of two-bedrooms available: 5, with a monthly rent of $736; and 22 with a monthly rent of $930
The rents includes cooking gas, and tenants have to pay for electricity.
Special building features: 24-hour doorman and concierge, washer/dryer in every unit and terrace are included. Also includes the possibility of accessing party rooms, a children's playroom, a teen lounge and bike storage for additional fees. For more information about the building, click here.
