LONG ISLAND CITY — Applications are still open for two one-bedroom units featuring private terraces and 10-foot ceilings near MoMa PS1.
The newly built apartments, located at 21-03 46 Ave., cost $918 per month, not including gas and electricity charges.
The units also feature Brazilian cherry floor and washers/dryers, according to the website 6sqft.

Applicants, who should make between $31,475 and $36,300 a year, have until Jan. 28 to apply. Preference will be given to Queens Community Board 2 residents and municipal employees.
