PARK SLOPE — The median home price in Park Slope jumped 10 percent in the final quarter of 2015 to $839,000, according to a report by The Corcoran Group.
Prices were also up in Brooklyn as a whole, with the boroughwide median home price increasing to $545,000 during the same period, according to Corcoran.
Buyers in Park Slope found the following median prices in the final quarter of 2015, according to Corcoran's latest market analysis:
► Studios (co-ops): $195,000
► Studios (condos): $611,000
► One-bedroom co-ops: $636,000
► One-bedroom condos: $626,000
► Two-bedroom co-ops: $950,000
► Two-bedroom condos: $1,050,000
► Single-family Townhouse: $2,300,000

Prices for renters are up as well, with rents in Park Slope edging up .96 percent between December 2014 and December 2015, according to a new market report by the real estate firm MNS.
► The average rent on a Park Slope studio decreased 2.66 percent to $2,088 in December.
► One-bedroom rents went up by 2.15 percent to $2,591 in December.
► Rents for two-bedrooms went up 1.28 percent to $3,273.
