You might save money by living in Brooklyn instead of Manhattan, but you'll pay for it with your legs.
Brooklyn dominated a list of neighborhoods with the highest percentage of walk-up apartments, released by StreetEasy on Wednesday.
Brooklyn neighborhoods took up all ten spots on the list, with Bed-Stuy, Sunset Park, and Cobble Hill claiming first, second, and third place.
StreetEasy found that DUMBO had the fewest walk-ups in the city. Three other Brooklyn nabes — Downtown Brooklyn, Brighton Beach, and Sheepshead Bay — finished in the top ten of neighborhoods with the least walk-ups. Manhattan placed five neighborhoods on the list, with Concourse serving as the lone Bronx representative.
