PORT RICHMOND — A teen caught trying to sneak onto a city bus without paying was arrested after police found a handgun on him, prosecutors said.

Tyquawn Cloud, 19, got onto the S46 bus on Dec. 17 at about 9:13 p.m. at Port Richmond and Castleton, but stiffed the driver, according to the Staten Island District Attorney.

When approached by police later at Jewett and Castleton avenues for not paying, officers found a .22 caliber revolver in his left front jacket pocket, prosecutors said.

Cloud was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of a weapon and theft of services at his arraignment, the Staten Island District Attorney's office said.

His bail was set at $1,500 and he's due back in court on Thursday, according to online court records.

He was previously arrested in July in The Bronx and charged with criminal trespassing, court records show.

Cloud's lawyer did not want to comment on the case.
