MORRIS HEIGHTS — A woman was robbed inside her Bronx apartment on Monday by three men after they knocked on her door and then punched her in the face, police said Friday.

The 42-year-old woman was knocked to the ground in the attack, which happened at around 8:30 p.m. at the victim's apartment located near Andrews and West Burnside avenues in Morris Heights, according to police.

The three suspects entered the apartment, stole the woman's cellphone and then fled the building, police said.

The suspects were caught on surveillance video entering and leaving the apartment building.

In footage released by the NYPD, all three men seem to hide their faces as they walk in, and one of the suspects is hopping on crutches as he goes up the stairs. On the way down, the man appears to run without the aid of the crutches.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS. The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers Website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or texting their tips to 274637(CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
