HARLEM — A man was stabbed four times in his legs while walking home to The Bronx, according to the NYPD.

The 34-year-old victim walked east on 127th Street near Park Avenue about 1:30 a.m. on Thursday when two men demanded his wallet, police said.

"What you got for us, give me your wallet," one of the men told the victim.

When he refused, a fight broke out and one of the men stabbed him once in the right leg and three times in the left leg with an unknown object, police said.

The other man took his wallet, which had $33, two debit cards and his ID.

Paramedics transported the man to a local hospital. His wounds are not considered life-threatening, police said.
