LOWER EAST SIDE — A man stomped on a McDonald's worker’s head after the staffer asked him to leave the restaurant, police said.
The suspect, who wore his hair in braids, got into an argument with a 64-year-old McDonald’s employee at about 1:15 a.m. on Nov. 28, after the worker asked him to leave the Delancey Street location unless he bought something.
The fight turned physical when the man pushed and shoved the employee. He then punched the worker in the face, threw him to the ground and stepped on his head, according to the NYPD.
The suspect then fled westbound on Delancey Street, police said. The victim suffered a cut above his eye from the attack.
A manager at McDonald's declined to comment.
