TREMONT — A man was chased to the Murphy Houses near Crotona Park where he was gunned down Tuesday morning, police said.

David Rivera, 24, was repeatedly shot in the groin, torso, thigh and arm at 1805 Crotona Ave., near East 175th Street, about 9:19 a.m., NYPD officials said.

Witnesses told investigators that Rivera was being pursued by two men in black coats and blue jeans, an NYPD spokesman said.
