CLIFTON — A train derailment on the Staten Island Railway left service suffering minor delays Monday, an MTA spokesman said.
The derailment happened at 10:21 a.m. when two front wheels of a track dolly came off the eastbound track, the MTA said.
No passengers were involved and there were no injuries, according to the MTA.
Track dollies are used to haul materials and equipment along the railway. Service was delayed by about 10 minutes in both directions Monday afternoon.
