QUEENS — Three people, including a 16-year-old student, were injured when a school bus flipped over in Jamaica Friday afternoon.

The bus overturned shortly after 3 p.m. at 144-20 Liberty Ave., near Inwood Street, a spokesman for the FDNY said.

Three people — the student, school bus attendant and the driver — were hurt, sources and fire officials said.

All three were taken to Jamaica Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.

There were no other people on the bus, sources said.

It was not immediately clear what caused the accident.
