LOWER EAST SIDE — When French native and Knicks forward Kevin Seraphin wanted to pay tribute to his homeland in the wake of the terrorists attacks that roiled the country, he turned to a Lower East Side barber to make a statement.
Seraphin made headlines Sunday for sporting a “Paris” haircut that featured the Eiffel Tower and a peace sign on the court, an idea that came to him Saturday night, said Marcos “Reggae” Smith from First Choice Barbershop on Stanton Street, who cut Seraphim’s hair.
