LOWER EAST SIDE — Two thieves lifted $2,400 worth of property from a man who passed out in his apartment after he invited them inside to drink, police said.

Police said the 25-year-old victim, who had spent the night drinking, let the two men into his Delancey Street home on Nov. 6 and blacked out around 3 a.m. It was unclear how they knew each other.

When he came to at about 10 a.m., he realized realized two designer watches worth $1,200 collectively, as well his iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Air 2 and a wallet — which contained $100 in cash and his credit cards — were missing, police said.

Other recent crimes in the 7th Precinct include:

► A burglar stole $340 in cash from the Manny Cantor Center on East Broadway on Nov. 4, after gaining access through an unlocked door on a second floor courtyard that connected the facility to a building behind it, police said.

He entered the building around 11 p.m., police said, and went into an unlocked office where he took a key from a drawer and used it to open a lock box that contained two envelopes filled with cash.

The suspect — who was captured on surveillance video — was described as a man wearing a blue baseball hat, red sandals, jeans and a white coat, according to the NYPD.

The Manny Cantor Center did not respond to requests for comment.

► A $4,000 diamond pendant and other items were stolen from the passenger seat of a black Honda Accord on Nov. 4, police said.

The driver, a 27-year-old woman, parked her car behind 107 Suffolk St. at 9 p.m. and went to a bar, police said, but when she returned nearly three hours later, the front passenger window had been smashed and a tote bag containing the pendant was gone.

The bag also contained keys, makeup and a prayer book, according to the NYPD.

► Police said three robbers stole a black plastic bag full of DVDs from a 36-year-old bicyclist at East River Park at 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 10.

“Do you have a light?” one of them asked when they approached him. The bicyclist said he did not, and one of the men punched him in the back of the head while another grabbed the bag, which contained 10 DVDs belonging to the New York Public Library, from the handle bar.

The thieves fled north past East Houston Street, according to the NYPD. They were described as men between the ages of 20 and 26 years old, standing at about 5-foot-10 and weighing 160 to 170 pounds, police said.
