CHELSEA — From German street food and freshly baked bagels to artisanal chocolate and traditional Italian sandwiches, seven new eateries are set to open in Chelsea Market this winter.

They're part of a new kiosk area called "409½ West 15th" that's taking over the shuttered Ruthy's Bakery space, a spokeswoman for the market confirmed.

All of the new offerings will be open by early January, though some may ready for business sooner.

Here's the run down of what you have to look forward to.

Cappone's Salumeria and Sandwiches
This traditional Italian sandwich joint will move from its nearby Gansevoort Market location and dish up hefty heroes lined with salami, roasted chicken breast and sweet roasted red peppers.

Li-Lac Chocolate
Li-Lac Chocolate, which has been in operation in Manhattan since 1923, will open a booth at the market peddling their cream paddies, chocolate drops, cordial cherries and salted caramel.

Berlin Currywurst
L.A.-based German husband and wife purveyors of Berlin's ever-present street food currywurst, (sausages topped with curried ketchup), will open their first New York City location in the market.

Davidovich Bagels
Bagel-bakers from Woodside will bring their hand-rolled, kettle-boiled bagels to Chelsea Market. The company has been around since 1998 as a wholesaler then expanded to open their first retail location on the Upper West Side in 2011

Dizengoff
The Philadelphia-based Israeli joint will bring a rotating selection of specialty hummus, freshly-baked pita, seasonal salads, Israeli pickles and frozen lemonades.

Seed and Mill
Opening its first location, Seed and Mill will specialize in freshly ground tahini and sesame halva, a sweet treat made from condensed tahini.

Filaga
This specialty pizzeria will serve Sicilian-style, deep dish pizza.
