MIDTOWN — A worker at a Midtown Irish pub broke another staffer's arm with a frying pan when an argument turned physical, police said.

The incident began at 9:30 p.m. on Sunday night in Rosie O'Grady's Irish Pub at 800 Seventh Ave., police said.

Selwyn Diaz, 28, was charged with harassment and assault, according to police and records. One of the restaurant's managers said Diaz had only worked there for several days before the incident.

Diaz was being held on $1,000 bail at the Manhattan Detention complex as of Tuesday. He is due back in court on Nov. 6.

Another manager who was working at the time of the incident said the incident ended "amicably" and refused to comment any further.

"I think it's no one's business," he said hanging up.

Diaz' lawyer could not immediately be reached for comment.
