CENTRAL HARLEM — A Bronx man was arrested for fatally shooting a woman in Central Harlem in July, police said.

Eugene Miller, 32, was charged in the murder of Rosetta Ewell, 30, who was found with a gunshot wound to the head on July 24 at 15 W. 139th St. near Fifth Avenue, authorities said Tuesday night.

Ewell was pronounced dead at the scene in a 10th-floor hallway of the apartment building.

A few days after the incident, police identified Miller as a suspect wanted in connection to the shooting.

After this arrest, Miller was also charged with criminal use of a firearm.

The connection between Miller and Ewell was not immediately known.
