LONG ISLAND CITY — Winning has never tasted so sweet.

Popular Queens cafe Coffeed is celebrating the New York Mets by doling out free brownies after each winning game, according to owner Frank Rafaele.

Every patron who buys something from the the coffee shop mini-chain — which has locations on Northern Boulevard and in Hunters Point South Park, as well as Bryant Park and Chelsea — the day after a Mets' win will get a complimentary brownie with their purchase.

"We're a Queens-based business," Rafaele said. "We love supporting New York City, we love supporting the Mets."

The Metropolitans are heading into game one of the World Series against the Kansas City Royals Tuesday night.

New Yorkers have been getting ready for the showdown — the Mets' first World Series appearance since 2000 — by stocking up on blue and orange gear and rallying outside Queens Borough Hall in a tribute to the hometown team.

Rafaele himself is expecting a win, saying he hopes to give away "hundreds, if not thousands," of free brownies this week.

"We're waiting with bated breath," he said.
