
BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — A 56-year-old man died in a Brooklyn brownstone fire that left three others injured Tuesday evening, officials said.
The fire tore through the second and third stories of 103 Hancock St., between Bedford and Nostrand avenues, around 9:43 p.m., an FDNY spokesman said.
A total of 60 firefighters had the blaze under control just before 11 p.m., according to officials.
Tyrone Corely, who lived on the building’s third floor, was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.

Responders took a 47-year-old man and two women to local hospitals for smoke inhalation. The victims were listed in stable condition, officials said.
FDNY officials had no additional details on the cause of the fire and the investigation is ongoing.
