CHELSEA — The Long Island dermatologist found unconscious in a West 16th Street doorway after a night of partying died of an accidental cocaine overdose and alcohol intoxication, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled.

Dr. Kiersten Cerveny, 38, a married mother of three, was pronounced dead on the morning of Oct. 4 at Lenox Health Greenwich Village after she was found at about 8:30 a.m. at 223 W. 16th Street, near Seventh Avenue.

She had spent the night partying with a television producer she had befriended about a year prior to the incident, sources said. The pair had gone to the West 16th Street address, sources previously told DNAinfo New York.

The 51-year-old producer worked with HBO and "Bowling for Columbine" director Michael Moore and reportedly knew another man, known to frequently host parties, who rented out a third-floor apartment in the building.

Cerveny and the producer were at the address for about three hours before she lost consciousness, sources told DNAinfo.

Security footage shows two men carrying her into the doorway of the building, sources added. Investigators at the time said they believed the producer called 911 before leaving the scene and later called the hospital to check on Cerveny's condition, sources said. The producer has not been charged with a crime.
