How to Dress Your Neck and Show Off Your Decolletage

NEW YORK CITY — There are plenty of accessories to adorn your décolletage without resorting to a boring old necklace.

Bandanas and scarves tied different ways, collars, halter bras — there are many ways to show off this elegant body part.

Here are eight products to help you do that:
