EAST HARLEM — This burglar is ready for flu season.

A crook broken into an East Harlem deli and stole 40 bottles of cold medicine, 25 cartons of cigarettes, and 20 hookah pipes, according to the NYPD.

The thief broke into the bodega at 100 E. 116 th St. about midnight on Sept. 22 through the basement.

Although the basement hatch was left open for ventilation, a door inside was secured with a heavy duty padlock, the store owner told detectives.

The stolen merchandise cost more than $4,600. The bodega’s cameras were not on during the burglary, police said.
