LOWER MANHATTAN — Two men stole 12 bottles of "Fierce Edge" cologne from a South Street Seaport Abercrombie & Fitch last week, using a knife to scare off a store employee, police said.
The men walked into the 199 Water St. store about 5 p.m. Friday and quickly grabbed $648 worth of the men's fragrance, as well as an $88 cardigan. When a store worker confronted the men, one of the robbers displayed the handle of a knife, and said, "You don't want to do it, I'm telling you", according to a police report.
The pair then fled the shop.
The store did not immediately return a request for comment.
