CHELSEA — Root veggies are ripening and squashes and pumpkins are getting plumper with each passing day.
Take advantage of the season with a fall farm share.
Just Salad is offering a weekly farm share that comes from Enterprise Farm in South Deerfield, Massachusetts — with three pickup locations including one in Chelsea.
The crops get carted down Thursdays and you can pick up your produce between 3 and 8 p.m. from 706 Sixth Ave.
Shares range in cost between $30 or $240 for the duration of the season that goes from Sept. 24 until Nov. 12.
There are also Just Salad pick up locations in Park Slope (252 7th Ave.) and the Upper West Side (2056 Broadway).
