CASTLETON CORNERS — A 5-month-old boy was found dead inside his Staten Island home on Saturday night, police said.
Police responded to a call at 6:05 p.m. in a Wheeler Avenue home and found Robert Santiago unconscious with no visible signs of trauma, the NYPD said.
Santiago was taken to Staten Island University Hospital North where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The medical examiner is working to determine the cause of little Robert's death and police said an investigation is ongoing.
