MIDTOWN — Burglars have stolen laptops and other electronics in 13 daylight break-ins in the past four months, police said.

The thefts started May 7 when the two men targeted a building at Fifth Avenue near 29th Street about 6 p.m., police said.

In June, they struck at 246 W. 38th St., between Seventh and Eighth Avenues, twice over a three-week span, the NYPD said.

They broke into three other locations across Midtown South during the month, police said.

In July, they hit three additional addresses, two in Midtown South and one on East 87th Street near Third Avenue, over a three-week span, the NYPD said.

They stole from three different locations, one in Midtown South, one on the Upper West Side and another in Midtown North, over the first three weeks of August, police said.

The most recent break-in was at 21 W. 46th St., near Fifth Avenue, at roughly 4 p.m., the NYPD said.

The suspects are described as about 6 feet tall with short black hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
