CLINTON HILL — Clinton Hill said farewell to longtime soul food joint Ruthie's last week, but a crop of new dining options are popping up around the neighborhood, from oysters to burritos.

NEW AND OPEN NOW:

► Gentleman Farmer is open for business as of Monday at 378 Myrtle Ave. Chef Karim Nounouh specializes in French-influenced seasonal fare.

► Choyster's, the new oyster bar at 214 Greene Ave. from the owner of Choice Market and local donut empire Dough, opened its liquor bar last week, and will have its raw bar up and running by Monday Aug. 31, management there told DNAinfo.

COMING SOON:

► Two burrito chains are set to hit the area soon: the Chipotle at 394 Myrtle, and the Dos Toros bound for 64 Court Street.

► Lawrence Street in Downtown Brooklyn will get authentic Chinese xiaolongbao, Brooklyn Paper reported.

IN THE PIPELINE:

► The owner of Putnam's applied for a liquor license for a beer hall near Metrotech.

► A new brunch-centric venture for the former Three Letters spot on the corner of St. James and Fulton filed plans with the community board.

CLOSED:

► Classic soul food spot Ruthie's shuttered Sunday.
