Police Are Looking For Man Who Stole $250 From Astoria Store

ASTORIA — Police are looking for a man who stole cash and cigarettes from a neighborhood store.

The man entered iKraveIt FOODs, at the intersection of 34th Avenue and 30th Street, when it was closed around 5:48 p.m. on Sunday, police said. He then took $250 in cash from the register as well as nine packs of Newport and Marlboro cigarettes.

The suspect was last seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt, gloves, pants, hat, sneakers and a backpack.
