UPTOWN — Washington Heights and Inwood are often left off of maps of Manhattan, whose creators seem to think that the island ends at 135th Street — almost 90 blocks south of the actual termination point.

However, even longtime locals have difficulty agreeing on how a map of Uptown should look.

Is Arden Street a part of Inwood or Washington Heights? Where, exactly, is Fort George?

Residents have been arguing over the borders of Uptown's neighborhoods and sub-neighborhoods since Hudson Heights was called Frankfurt-on-the-Hudson.

Now, everyone can weigh in on the matter using DNAinfo’s new map tool.

Show us where you think your neighborhood begins and ends.

Once we have enough submissions, we'll present the findings for everyone to see — and argue about.
