BEDFORD-STUYVESANT —  A man and a woman were injured Saturday after gunfire interrupted a barbecue at Classon Playground, police said.

A gunman opened fire at about 7:20 p.m. in the park across from Lafayette Gardens houses on the Clinton Hill/Bed-Stuy border, on the same block as the 88th Precinct.

The 33-year-old man was hit in the arm, while the 32-year-old woman was shot in the leg, according to an NYPD spokeswoman. Both were taken to New York Methodist Hospital in stable condition.

No arrests were made as of Monday morning, police said.

Last June, a 16-year-old was shot to death near the park's handball courts, and neighbors have previously complained about the park being a rowdy spot after hours.
