GREENPOINT — Four men attacked a 20-year-old Saturday evening as he walked along Nassau Avenue, repeatedly punching him in the face, police said.
The victim was on Nassau Avenue, near Monitor Street, on Aug. 1, just before 8 p.m., when the four men approached, police said.
One of the suspects started swinging and the other three joined in, hitting the victim in the face with closed fists, police said.
The attackers fled in an unknown direction, police said. It's unclear what prompted the attack, police said, and there have been no arrests in connection to the incident.
