MANHATTAN — 1 trains were temporarily running express between 96th Street and 145th because of a track fire at City College stop on Friday evening, MTA officials said.
FDNY responded to the blaze just before 7:00 p.m. according to the MTA's website.
Trains were resumed regular stops with residual delays half an hour later.
