BROOKLYN — Four teenagers from Long Island and a 25-year-old man from Bed-Stuy were arrested after they broke into a Bushwick woman's home and threatened her at gunpoint, police said.

Sean Soto, 25, Darius Olds, 17, Teflon Baly, 16, Kyle Baly, 19 and Anthony Almonte, 19, were caught by police near the woman's home near Cooper Street and Irving Avenue about 3 a.m., according to the NYPD.

They were all charged with attempted robbery, weapons, burglary, criminal trespass and other charges, police said.

The teenagers all live in Central Islip, Long Island, and Soto, who also pointed the gun at the woman, lives in Bed-Stuy, according to police.

A 46-year-old woman was taken to the Wyckoff Hospital with chest pain following the attempted robbery, police said.

A 32-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman were also home at the time of the break-in but were not harmed, police said.

The resident of a home nearby heard someone breaking in through the front door and called 911, police said.

A 46-year-old victim also heard the noise, got out bed and peered through her bedroom door where she was met by Soto pointing the gun at her head, police said.

He closed the bedroom door on the woman and held it shut, police said.

Police responded to a call for help shortly after and chased five suspects on foot who headed south on Irving Avenue, police said.

The five were arrested while trying to get into a car in front of 618 Irving Ave., police said.

As of Thursday, the five had not yet been processed in Brooklyn Criminal Court, and no information about lawyers representing them was immediately available.
