
EAST HARLEM — A teenager was stabbed in the back after getting in a fight with a group of people Saturday night.
The 14-year-old was at 107 E. 126th St. about 11 p.m when he got into an argument with a group of people, police said.
He broke off from the crowd and headed home, but they followed him several blocks to 123rd Street and Third Avenue where one of them slashed him in the left shoulder and stabbed him in the back, police said.
The victim was taken to Harlem Hospital where he was “conscious and alert,” according to the NYPD.
