UPPER EAST SIDE — The NYPD is looking for a man who broke into a salon on July 4 and left with a bag.
At roughly 3 a.m., a man wearing a T-shirt with the words "Jesus Freak" on it entered the Dry Bar at 209 East 76th St. and walked out with a bag belonging to the salon, according to the 19th Precinct's Twitter post.
Police would not immediately say what was in the bag.
Dry Bar is a salon that specializes in blow drying and styling hair, rather than doing haircuts and washes. The salon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
