CHELSEA — You can soon have a corn dog with your farm-to-table milkshake at Chelsea Market.

Chelsea Creamline, set to open at the end of August, will bring American classics to the former Ronnybrook Milk Bar spot, with local ingredients direct from farmers, according to managing partner Harris Mayer-Selinger.

The menu includes a fried chicken biscuit, grilled cheese with tomato soup, a cheeseburger and a corn dog made with local heirloom cornmeal, Mayer-Selinger said.

"Just doing some things that get a bad rap," he said. "I've always been a fan of the corn dog."

Chelsea Creamline will stay partnered with Ronnybrook Farm and have a "big ice cream section," Mayer-Selinger said. They'll also serve egg creams and milkshakes.

Healthier options include a fruit and yogurt smoothie with greenmarket fruit. The Chelsea Market space has been gut-renovated for a "modern barn" aesthetic, Mayer-Selinger said.
