QUEENS — A man charged with kidnapping and killing a woman involved in a love triangle with him and his wife will be sentenced to 20 years in prison, the Queens District Attorney’s office said Tuesday.

As part of a plea deal, Malik Wilkerson, 35, admitted to kidnapping Sheryl Outerbridge, 38, a Harlem mother of three who lived with him and his wife, Devonnee Wilkerson, 34, for weeks at a time in their South Jamaica home, as first reported by the Daily News.

He originally faced a potential sentence of life without parole.

After Outerbridge fled the couple’s house on Dec. 2, 2013, the couple found her at the Sutphin Boulevard-Archer Avenue subway station, forced her into a car and brought her back to their apartment where they beat her with their fists and a paint roller, according to prosecutors.

Devonnee Wilkerson also told the police that she smashed a glass bottle on Outerbridge's forehead and burned her with a cigarette.

The Medical Examiner's office ruled the Outerbridge's death a homicide.

Devonnee Wilkerson told investigators she was "furious" at Outerbridge for borrowing her pet name for her husband — "Bish Baby" — and tattooing it onto her body.

She was also upset that Outerbridge called her husband "Daddy," according to her statements.

Initially the couple claimed that they found Outerbridge with a gunshot wound to her head in the street on Sutphin Boulevard and took her to Jamaica Hospital, where she died.

Devonnee Wilkerson was sentenced to 20 years in prison last year, also after pleading guilty to the kidnapping charges, according to the DA's office.
