THE BRONX — A mugger had just robbed a woman aboard a Morrisania bus Wednesday when he noticed another straphanger photographing him — so he robbed him too, police said.

The thief, who appears to be a teen according to a police photo, first stole money from a woman on board a northbound Bx15 about 6:30 p.m., NYPD officials said.

A man started taking photos of him so the thief confronted him and stole his backpack carrying credit cards and an iPhone 6 before hopping off the bus at Third Avenue and East 168th Street, police said.

He wore a baseball cap, patterned T-shirt, a bag with a red-striped strap and black shorts with the word "bucks" across the front, according to police photos.

Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
